| | It is recommended that the following Terms And Conditions are read and

- Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Rooms will be made available from 14:00 on day of arrival.
- Discounts are available for children under 14 years, see Room
Tarriffs for details. These apply when they share a room
with a full paying adult. If a child does not share with a full
paying adult, the full rate will apply. Adults will be
responsible for the behaviour of their children.
- All guests are recommended to make full use of the free car park and
we would remind that all cars are parked at owners risk. Please
ensure that your vehicles are secured and all valuables are out of
view as no liability can be accepted by the George Hotel.
- All guests are invited to make full use of the hotel facilities and
relax, but they must not interfere with the enjoyment of others.
In extreme circumstances, disrespectful guests may be asked to leave
and fees may not be returned.
- Please report any item not working as soon as possible to enable us
to remedy. Any damages must be reported and charges may be
levied for damage not considered 'fair and reasonable'.
- Deposits may be requested for bookings at busy times or for large
parties. Payment of which should be by cheque (made payable to
'Mrs C Botterill') and within 14 days of reservation. Receipts
will be posted by return. All deposits are non refundable.
- Credit / debit cards cannot be accepted until further notice.
- Please arrange to settle accounts on arrival in cash.
- If guests need to curtail their stay, the balance of their paid fees
may be returned if we are able to re-let the accommodation.
- Room and front door keys are provided and their loss may result in a
charge of up to £250.00 for the replacement of locks and keys.
These must be returned on departure.
- Animals are only allowed at the proprietors discretion, and meals /
cleaning will be the responsibility of the animals owner.
- The proprietors reserve the right to amend these terms and the Room
Tarriff without prior notice.
